Application:
Rockwool pipe section preformed pipe section conforms to ASTMC - 547 and BS - 3958 - 4 and is used for thermal insulation of pipes in industrial plants and commercial buildings.
Service Temperature:
These rockwool pipe sections, when tested in accordance with DIN 52271, can perfectly suit with temperature up to 750°C.
Fire-Safety:
Non-combustible when tested in accordance with BS-476 part 4 and ASTM E - 136. Class 1, when tested in accordance with BS- 476 part-7 and ASTM E - 84.
Thermal conductivity:
Our Rockwool pipe sections show outstandingly low thermal conductivity values when tested in accordance with corresponding standards.
Moisture:
Non-hygroscopic, non-capillary and it does not absorb moisture from the air.
Density:
Rockwool pipe sections are available from 128kg/m³-144kg/m³ density, and diameters from 15mm to 350mm.
